Kelly Cooney
Founder & Principal Consultant
Kelly’s early love of art and career in design and creative problem-solving has naturally lead to coordination, business operations, people leadership, process improvement, and project execution. With a cohesive progression toward one central focus: understanding how people, systems, and environments can work together more effectively.
Her entrepreneurial background has given her an broad operational perspective, spanning creative direction, logistics, business administration, and high-touch client service. This range has developed her ability to move fluidly between big-picture strategy and the practical details that determine whether a business or team can thrive.
Early in her career, a significant injury led Kelly away from design toward more active, hands-on work. That experience deepened her understanding of how medical challenges and recovery can reshape daily life, identity, and capacity. It also instilled a lasting empathy for clients and colleagues navigating health-related or life-transition challenges.
At the intersection of design, operations, and leadership, Kelly excels at turning ambiguity into clarity. As a proudly neurodivergent professional, she notices hidden patterns, unspoken needs, and points of friction that others may overlook—then translates those insights into clear systems, defined roles, and sustainable routines. Her work strengthens both performance and well-being, helping people and organizations operate with greater clarity, confidence, and care.
